First & Second Floor

The salon, the kitchen, the rest

The Salon

Open, alive & opening to the terrace

The salon anchors the first floor — a room of real character, with a dark feature wall housing a gas fireplace and large-format screen, and walls dressed with framed botanicals and the owner’s curated collection. Eclectic, warm, and entirely lived-in.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens directly onto the private lounge terrace, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. Kitchen, dining room, and salon all flow as one.

Five angles, one room

Where meals become occasions

The handle-less chef’s kitchen centres on a premium island bar — seamless, precise, and top-specification. A glass partition can close the kitchen off from the dining room and salon entirely, or slide open to unite the whole floor. The dining room flows directly from the island: an elegant table designed to make every meal feel considered.

The island, the glass partition

Watch the glass partition slide open — the wall between kitchen and salon dissolving to unite the entire social floor.

The table, set for occasion

The salon continued outdoors

The salon opens directly onto a private furnished lounge terrace. Dining table, relaxed seating, warm evening light — inside and outside refuse to be separate here.

Three rooms, three characters

The entire second floor is devoted to sleep. Master suite fully en-suite. Second bedroom also en-suite. Third bedroom served by a dedicated full bathroom immediately in the corridor. All finished to the same considered standard throughout.
